Beer Pairing Suggestions: Ontario’s Amber or Dark Lagers are the best style for this recipe. Ontario brands are: Great Lakes Red Leaf Lager, Waterloo Dark, Cameron’s Dark 266, Steelback Tiverton Dark, Great Lakes Brewery’s Red Leaf Lager, Trafalgar Brewing Company’s Paddy’s Irish Red.
Wine Pairing Suggestion: Ontario’s Creekside Estate Winery, 2002 Merlot Reserve shows a fine balance between ripe fruit and more subtle, evolving characteristics.
