Celebrate the Fall Harvest

Wine and Cheese

Begin your evening with a wine and cheese course. Serve a selection of Ontario cheeses and fall fruits like apples, grapes and pears with a charcuterie plate of Ontario kielbasa, prosciutto and pancetta.

Leeks, celery, apples and mushrooms are all in abundance this time of year. Take advantage of these fresh ingredients in our Stuffed Pork Loin. Easy to prepare and quick to cook, this dish is perfect for entertaining and will have guests marveling at your culinary prowess.

Balsamic Pot Roast is bursting with fall produce. From onions to celery, garlic to tomatoes this classic Ontario rib roast is slow cooked in a seasonal vegetable medley and spiced with balsamic sauce until it’s melt-in-your mouth tender. An added twist, the vegetables are then puréed and poured over the finished roast, locking in all the great flavours and nutrients.

A simple pumpkin pie or a wild blueberry tart in flaky puff pastry is the perfect finish to the evening. Serve with a dollop of fresh whipped cream and a dry Ontario icewine.
